Day 1: Athens / Thessaloniki - Hanoi
Concentration at the airport and flight through a stopover for Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam.
Day 2: Hanoi
Arrival at the airport and after completing the visa procedures we will meet our representative to transfer to our hotel for rest and overnight. Hanoi is a city that spreads between lakes and is the economic and cultural center of North Vietnam.
Day 3: Hanoi
After breakfast we will start our first acquaintance with Hanoi.
The magnificent French colonial buildings of the center charm with their elegance. Ho Chi Minh City's home of a new Vietnamese leader is impressing with its simplicity, while his mausoleum is indicative of the respect that the people of the country nourish for the person who changed the flow of their history. Also monuments such as the Temple of Literature, Monostyle Pagoda, the Patron of Literature, the Ethnological Museum and the famous Tran Quoc Pagoda are the continuation of our tour. Return to our hotel after our meal at a local restaurant for overnight stay.
Day 4: Hanoi - Ha Long
After breakfast we start today with a rare travel route as we will drive to the world famous Ha Long (165 km). Arriving, we will board the traditional boats for our 4-hour cruise that will follow in the homonym bay and is a unique experience. Hundreds of lush limestone rocks, the result of millions of years of erosion, make up a dream landscape that fully meets the senses. Our cruise is accompanied by a delicious seafood and other Vietnamese dishes after anchoring in a covered cave to swim. Then we return to a boat for our overnight stay and our dinner.
Day 5: Ha Long - Danang - Hoi An
Breakfast and continue the cruise to the natural beauty of the area. Early in the afternoon we will be transported to Hanoi Airport for our domestic flight to Dangang, the great harbor of central Vietnam where we will be transported for overnight in Hoi An. Walk through the narrow streets where you will admire various architectures, some of which you will not find them anywhere in the world.
Day 6: Hoi An-Mai Sons-Hoi An
After breakfast we will visit the temples of the holy places of the spiritual capital of the Tsam kingdom, which dominated Southeast Asia for 1000 years with a rich history and culture. The temples and sanctuaries have the remarkable architecture of the red brick towers. Break out of our dining tour with a local restaurant. We continue the guided tour of the old city with most of its points being left unchanged in time, transporting us to the time of the city's peak. We will meet the merchant districts, the covered 400-year-old Japanese bridge, the colorful local market in the river, the Chinese pagoda Puk Kien and the 200-year-old Tan Ki home. Return to the hotel and free the rest of the day.
Day 7: Hoi An - Danang - Hue - Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)
Breakfast and departure, along a beautiful route, the historic town of Hue, which has been the capital of the country for several years and full of memories of that time. We will have the wonderful experience of a morning mini boat on the River Aroma and the visit of the Tien Moon Pagoda which is the symbol of the city. Then we will visit Emperor Ming Mango. Afternoon city tour in which the prominent Forbidden City - which suffered serious damage from US bombers during the Vietnam War - has now been restored and of course retains its nobility, the imperial acropolis and its imposing mausoleum By Douk. Late afternoon transfer to the airport for the flight to Seongon, which is now officially called Ho Chi Minh and has been transformed into a modern metropolis that draws the chariot of economic growth in Vietnam. Transfer to the hotel and overnight.
Day 8: Saigon - Kai Be - Delta of the Mekong River
Early in the morning, after breakfast, we will depart for the Mekong area through the national road, enjoying the beautiful green rice plantations, where we will start from Kai Be, we will board our private boat that will take us to the homonymous floating market and we have the opportunity to experience the uniqueness of the area, where the transactions and exchanges are made from boat to boat.
Day 9: Saigon - Athens / Thessaloniki
Breakfast and tour of this proud city that reminds us of the gloomy moments of war, but accompanied by images of growth and progress that impress the traveler. The old presidential palace of South Vietnam and now Reunion Museum, the Museum of War and the magnificent historic center with building points of reference such as the City Hall, the Notre Dame Cathedral and of course the famous Post Office dominate our tour.
